Scrum Legal

Scrum Legal is an informal network of excellent lawyers. 

Everyone we work with is qualified, experienced, independent and senior.  

They do what they are good at and what they have time for, on their own conditions. We combine forces where necessary. No mark-ups, overhead or other funny stuff. It's all very easy and straightforward.
This has proven to be a very satisfying concept both for the client and the lawyers in our network. That's why we've given it a name and present it as a brand. 
After all, all you need is law. 

How do we deal with what you need? 

Depending on the support required, we select one or more lawyers from our network, - push the right buttons, so to speak. 
We propose, you decide. We'll co-ordinate conditions, invoicing and so on. From the onset, everything will made be clear and transparent. Then, we get down to business. 
 

You won't be dependent on a single legal services provider. 

If expertise is needed that we don't have in our network, we know how to find people who earned their degrees elsewhere, even within established law firms. 
We know the way and we're in the best position to maintain the right scope and  prevent off-topic advice and unnecessary expense. 

Scrum Legal is led by Kees van Oosten, an experienced lawyer in the field of strategic and legal support for organizations, M&A and structuring. 
Kees has been attorney, partner and of counsel in a regionally leading Dutch law firm for nearly three decades. He is now working as an independent professional for various types or organizations, domestically and abroad. 
Kees lives in the Netherlands and in Sweden.
